Hia!

I’m the little guy behind the green screen!

There is often a spookiness to a cemetery or death as a concept. While there is a place for that, I also wanted to shed light on the beauty and softness of death. I was raised without a religion, and believe that is foundational in my personal relationship with death and dying.

I find myself researching death practices across cultures and am often found meandering the local graveyard.

I hope in my art I’m able to capture the same sense of peace and a release of a breath long held that I associate this concept with. To share the dappled sunlight on a grandmother’s headstone. To share the stories of these quiet residents.

Let the bright colors shine, and bring life to sometimes forgotten, but never unloved, places.
